The source must always be mentioned: Generalitat de Catalunya. Department of [department name]. [autonomous body, public company] except in cases where there is a specific license, where it will be necessary to acknowledge the authorship and ownership of the exploitation rights.

Likewise, reuse may be limited by the protection of other priority legal assets, such as the protection of personal data, privacy or third-party intellectual property rights.
